Attention Seniors!! Now is the time to order your final transcript. Final transcript request forms are located in the guidance office, next to the registrar window. They are WHITE and have the word FINAL printed on them. There is a $2 fee per transcript, which must be paid at the time of the order. This fee is to be paid at the school bank.
